These terms and conditions set out some general terms and conditions that apply to all promotions (directly below), as well as particular terms and conditions which apply to each individual promotion.

• To be eligible for this promotion, client payment of the hearing aids must be made at time of fitting.
• Offer valid for binaural and monaural purchases of hearing aids.
• Standard manufacturer warranty conditions apply to any hearing aids purchased.
• This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other hearing aid discount or upgrade offer.
• To the extent permitted by law, Bay Audiology can amend, vary, suspend or terminate these terms and conditions at any time.
• Bay Audiology employees and their families are not entitled to any of these promotions.
• Hearing aids may be exchanged for other products (of the same or lesser value), or may be returned for a refund, within 90 days of purchase.
• Bay Audiology reserves the right to refuse to exchange or refund hearing aids where the hearing aid (including its parts) have not been returned or have been damaged or lost.
• Any refund paid will be the amount paid by the client only, which will not include any discounts or funders' contributions (e.g. Ministry of Health, Veterans' Affairs, ACC or insurance contributions).

• Bay Audiology is offering a limited-time offer on Excellence and Everyday technology when a client purchases qualifying Excellence or Everyday hearing aids from select manufacturers.
• Offer period is 14 November 2024 to 30 November 2024.
• Offer available on ReSound and Oticon-manufactured devices only.
• The offer allows clients who purchase selected Excellence technology hearing aids to get (i) $1,100 off their monaural hearing aid purchase or (ii) $2,200 off their binaural hearing aid purchase.
• The offer allows clients who purchase selected Everyday technology hearing aids to get (i) $900 off their monaural hearing aid purchase or (ii) $1,800 off their binaural hearing aid purchase.
• Veterans’ Affairs, Insurance and Ministry of Health fully-funded clients are not able to receive the offer.
• Clients who receive ACC or MOH funding must top-up to Excellence or Everyday technology band from their ACC or MOH funded technology level to be eligible for this offer at their own cost. They will then receive the offer.
• Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discount offers and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• To qualify, you must have received a communication from us (addressed to you) offering this to you, and your free consultation booking needs to be made on or before 5.00pm 30 November 2024.
• The free consultation is to the value of $79.
