Bay Audiology clinics are offering the following Hearing Aid Upgrade Giveaway Promotion, which is applicable to ACC clients who receive email communication regarding the appointment Offer and Hearing Aid Upgrade Giveaway Promotion.
Attend your free diagnostic hearing consultation appointment between 25 September to 8 November and go in the draw to win an upgrade to top-of-the-range hearing aids!
General terms and conditions:
ACC clients who receive an email from Bay Audiology offering a free diagnostic hearing consultation appointment at Bay Audiology and attend this appointment between 25 September and 8 November are eligible for the Hearing Aid Upgrade Giveaway Promotion for ACC clients.
The hearing aids available as part of the Hearing Aid Upgrade Giveaway Promotion for ACC clients are from the Excellence technology band, and must be from one of Bay Audiology’s standard portfolio manufacturers.
Excellence hearing aids have a retail price of up to $10,922.22 (for a pair of hearing aids).
Offer valid for binaural and monaural hearing aids dependent on clients' needs.
Standard manufacturer warranty conditions apply to any hearing aids won as part of this giveaway.
The hearing aids won as part of this giveaway cannot be exchanged for cash.
The winner of the Hearing Aid Upgrade Giveaway Promotion for ACC clients will be randomly drawn from all valid appointment attendances (diagnostic hearing consultations) on Monday 11 November 2024.
The winner will be contacted via the contact details they have provided to Bay Audiology in booking their appointment (phone and/or email) and the winner has 5 working days to claim their prize.
If the winner is unable to be contacted within 5 working days, a new winner will be drawn and the process will continue until a winner is successfully contacted.
The winner of the Hearing Aid Upgrade Giveaway Promotion must be fitted with their hearing aids on or before 23 December 2024.
If the client has purchased their hearing aids at Bay Audiology before they are found to be the winner of the Hearing Aid Upgrade Giveaway Promotion, Bay Audiology will refund any client contributions if they wish to keep the level of technology they have purchased.
If the client has purchased their hearing aids before they are found to be the winner of the Hearing Aid Upgrade Giveaway Promotion, and wish to change their hearing aids to a higher level of technology, Bay Audiology will refund any client contributions and also exchange their hearing aid(s) for Excellence hearing aid(s).
If the Hearing Aid Upgrade Giveaway Promotion winner is unable to use the hearing aids, or their hearing needs do not require the use of hearing devices, the winner may gift the hearing aid(s) to another person of their choosing. In this instance, hearing aids must be claimed by 30 November 2024 and the person fitted with their hearing aid(s) by 23 December 2024.
To the extent permitted by law, Bay Audiology can amend, vary, suspend or terminate these terms and conditions at any time.
Bay Audiology employees and their families are not entitled to enter this promotion.
Hearing aids may be exchanged for other products (of the same or lesser value), or may be returned, within 90 days of fitting.
Bay Audiology reserves the right to refuse to exchange or refund hearing aids where the hearing aid (including its parts) have not been returned or have been damaged or lost.
