Bay Audiology is offering IAG employees and family members, including IAG subsidiary companies the following:

Free Hearing Check appointment
Free Hearing Checks to new and current clients aged 18 years and over at any Bay Audiology clinic nationwide. This is a basic screening check to determine if hearing loss is present. If you suspect you have hearing loss, we may recommend a Full Diagnostic Hearing Consultation (valued at $79) so we can determine the extent of hearing loss and find the most suitable options for you
$59 Full Diagnostic Hearing Consultation
$59 Full Diagnostic Hearing Consultation to those clients who have had a Hearing Check or have been referred to the consultation by a Bay Audiology staff member. Limit of one $59 Full Diagnostic Consultation per year. To qualify, IAG employees and family members must have valid staff identification and present this at the time of the appointment. The Full Diagnostic Hearing Consultation is normally valued at $79. Other appointment types are excluded from the offer, including but not limited to hearing aid reviews, tinnitus consultations, paediatric appointments, ear wax removal, and other specialised appointments.
10% discount off all hearing aids
10% discount is available on any hearing aids purchased within portfolio products at Bay Audiology. ACC fully-funded, Ministry of Health subsidy clients, Veterans’ Affairs and Insurance clients are not able to receive the offer. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other hearing aid offers. To be eligible for the discount offer, full payment of the hearing aid(s) must be made at time of fitting. The 10% discount is based off the full recommended retail price.

General terms and conditions:

Offer available to IAG employees and family members, including IAG subsidiary companies; First Rescue, AMI Motorhub, AMI Homehub and Connect360.
IAG employees and family members must have valid staff identification and present this at the time of the appointment.
To be eligible for this offer, client payment of the hearing aids must be made at time of fitting.
Offer valid for binaural and monaural purchases of hearing aids.
Standard manufacturer warranty conditions apply to any hearing aids purchased.
To the extent permitted by law, Bay Audiology can amend, vary, suspend or terminate these terms and conditions at any time.
ACC fully funded, Ministry of Health subsidy clients, Veterans’ Affairs and Insurance clients are not able to receive the offer.
Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discount offers and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Hearing aids may be exchanged for other products (of the same or lesser value), or may be returned for a refund, within 90 days of purchase.
Bay Audiology reserves the right to refuse to exchange or refund hearing aids where the hearing aid (including its parts) have not been returned or have been damaged or lost.
Any refund paid will be the amount paid by the client only, which will not include any discounts or funders' contributions (e.g. MOH, Veterans’ Affairs, ACC or insurance contributions)
