For over 10 years, Bay Audiology have been part of the Amplifon Group. Amplifon is the global leader in hearing health care. Every year, Amplifon presents the Charles Holland Award to its global network of clinics that have excelled in performance and demonstrated unwavering commitment to the company’s core values, especially in terms of customer devotion and delivering high-quality service to clients.
Winning this award is an honour and embodies the highest level of excellence within Amplifon globally. This recognition is reserved for a select few clinics globally, and three clinics from New Zealand achieved this remarkable accomplishment in 2022.

Over 60 colleagues from 13 clinics in the Asia Pacific region were able to celebrate the 2022 winners in person, together, after three years of celebrating through virtual ceremonies due to the pandemic.
