At Bay Audiology we help Kiwis enjoy healthy hearing and we’re proud to offer AA Members the following benefits:

• Free hearing checks for AA Members aged 15 years and over
• If a problem is detected, then AA Members will receive a free diagnostic consultation (valued at $79), available once per year
• Keep a look out for special offers on the latest in hearing technology

• Free hearing check is available to AA Members aged 15 years and over (AA Members aged under 15 years require different, specialised paediatric hearing care, ask your GP for more information).
• Limit one free full diagnostic hearing consultation only per year per AA Member.
• Other appointment types are excluded from the offer, including but not limited to hearing aid reviews, tinnitus consultations, paediatric appointments, ear wax removal, and other specialised appointments.
• AA Membership card must be presented at the time of appointment.

• To enter the Prize Draw offer, AA Members must book and attend a Free Hearing Check or Free Full Diagnostic Hearing Consultation at any Bay Audiology clinic between 17 October 2024 to 30 November 2024.
• Limit of one entry per AA Member.
• There is three prizes of a $100 garden center gift voucher including GST to be won. Garden Center can be chosen by the winner. Prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
• The prize draw will be conducted on Thursday 5 December 2024 at 5pm, and the winner will be notified within two business days via the contact details provided during the appointment booking. The winner must reply to Bay Audiology within five business days of the notification, or an alternative winner will be selected.
• To the extent permitted by law, Bay Audiology can amend, vary, suspend, or terminate these terms and conditions at any time.
• Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discount offers and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Bay Audiology collects, uses, shares and stores personal information you give to us in accordance with our privacy policy and the Privacy Act 2020. You agree to the practices describe in our privacy policy and that we may use your personal information to enter you in, facilitate and promote the Giveaway, and to otherwise contact you about products, services, giveaways and offers we think are of interest to you.
