Key Facts

  • World Hearing Day is 3 March and kicks off Hearing Awareness Month for the month of March. 
  • Globally, over 80% of ear and hearing care needs remain unmet (1). 
  • In New Zealand, one in six New Zealanders experience hearing loss (2).

Ask yourself the below questions

If you answer yes to at least two of these questions, you might have hearing loss.

  • I get annoyed when people mumble?
